Once you walk through our doors, you will be known from Day 1. Around here, you will never be “a number.” We get to know you – your challenges, your goals, your dreams. We learn what motivates you, what inspires you, and how you move. We also understand that everyone progresses at their own pace and, other than your teacher or coach, no one here is concerned with how many reps you do or how much weight you can lift. Hard work, commitment, progress… those are what are valued most here.
In the practice of alchemy, you must apply heat and/or pressure in order to transform something or make a shift. Challenge yourself to accomplish what you think you “can’t” do. Prove to yourself what you’re capable of. Sure, change can be uncomfortable and maybe even scary at times. But no one ever transformed by doing the same thing they’ve always done.
We do not believe that there is only “one way” to do ANYTHING. We question and experience everything before we make an informed opinion – after all, you are different than the person next to you and experience things differently. You’ve learned one style of kettlebells/rowing/TRX/yoga? Great! We want to see what you’ve learned. But we may ask you to try something different too. We welcome all different backgrounds and perspectives, and believe that trying new things is the best way to grow as a person and as an athlete.
Having a place in your life where you are well-known, and can come no matter what is happening in your life, and still work hard, grow, change and serve yourself best is our dream. We couldn’t find it, so we created it! At Twin Flame Fitness, choose from yoga, kettlebell sport club, smaller core and cardio classes, lifting classes, yoga/fitness retreats, and our flagship Twin Flame CrossFit. All class sizes are limited to ensure that you receive quality instruction and guidance.
We believe that a fusion blend is a better recipe for health and wellness. Being healthy is more than just having a hot body or being “fit” according to some arbitrary measure. Even if that’s your goal, there is no single “magic workout” that will get you there. You are a whole person with your own strengths and challenges. We approach everything we do with an eye and a heart for healing and strengthening the inside as well as the outside. This is done with purpose and intention.
At Twin Flame, you will be empowered to try new things and see how they fit in YOUR life. You will be encouraged to experience yoga, mindfulness and maybe even meditation. You will be supported and educated to approach eating in a way that benefits your overall life, your fitness goals, and helps you live better. You may try joining our Kettlebell Sport Club and go with us to competitions all over the country and the world! Or, you may prefer to use the kettlebells to get a terrific low impact workout! You may want to try CrossFit and join our committed group of CrossFitters in our gym. Maybe you need better core strength and that requires a slow precision with time to FEEL what’s happening in your body, or you need a day off of CrossFit or kettlebells.
