CrossFit is… Constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity, across broad time and modal domains. Functional movement is the stuff of life – squatting, jumping, pulling, pushing, lifting and throwing. We use lots of varied equipment and ways to train (aka “modal domains”) to get there, but YOU are always the machine!
At Twin Flame Fitness, we don’t just do yoga – we live yoga. Yes, it’s true. You may spot crystals in the front of the gym. We love essential oils, and talking about Ayurveda and the Yoga Sutras. But don’t assume that means we’re all flower children who “om” (ok, some of us actually like it!) and are afraid of the “big people weights” in the gym. .
